Welcome to Duepad. By accessing or using the Duepad website and service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Duepad is a subscription coordination tool that helps groups of people manage shared digital subscriptions — including renewal reminders, member confirmations, cost-splitting, and access credential storage. Duepad is currently in pre-launch; features described may evolve before and after the public release.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Duepad. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using Duepad on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@duepad.co if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as subscription names or notes). By submitting content, you grant Duepad a limited licence to store and display it to provide the Service.
We aim to keep Duepad available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We will try to provide reasonable advance notice of any significant changes.
Duepad may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. email providers, cloud hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duepad and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or unauthorised access to stored credentials.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 USD if you have not paid anything).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duepad, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
